Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 19, 2004, inter alia, in effect, to amend the caption to change the name of the defendant "Batash Medical Group" to "Continental Medical Group, P.C."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the caption to change the name of the defendant "Batash Medical Group" to "Continental Medical Group, P.C." is granted, and the caption is deemed amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
