| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 8, 2003, to enlarge his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this court dated November 15, 2005, which directed him to file the complete transcripts in the above-entitled matter on or before January 17, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to file the complete transcripts in the above-entitled matter is enlarged until July 5, 2006, and the appellant shall file the complete transcripts in the above-entitled matter on or before that date.
