Application by the respondents Assessor of Town of Greenburgh, Town of Greenburgh, and Board of Assessment Review of Town of Greenburgh pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 18, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to file a brief is enlarged until May 30, 2006, and the movants' brief must be filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before June 15, 2006.
