Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this court dated April 6, 1998 (People v Rosa, 249 AD2d 334), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 15, 1995, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated February 7, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
