| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 10, 2003, to include certain records of the New York State Department of Social Services, the Suffolk County Department of Social Services, and the Patchogue-Medford School District, which were provided to the County Court, Suffolk County, with respect to the victims of the subject crimes for in camera review by this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
