| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants to substitute Lynne Iser and Stephen Iser, as executors of the estate of Ann Iser, for the deceased plaintiff Ann Iser, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered August 15, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and Lynne Iser and Stephen Iser, as executors of the estate of Ann Iser, are substituted for the deceased plaintiff Ann Iser, and the caption of the action has been amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before July 17, 2006.
