DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 28, 2005, and February 8, 2006, respectively. Application by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 28, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7(c)(1); and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted; the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 28, 2005, is enlarged until June 28, 2006, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
