DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 18, 2006, in the above-entitled matter is amended by adding to the fifth decretal paragraph thereof after the words "January 11, 2006," the following "or on any other date set by the Special Referee, but not later than June 16, 2006;"

and it is further,

ORDERED that the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District shall serve a copy this order on the respondent by overnight mail on or before June 1, 2006.
