| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant pursuant to CPL 230.30 to stay the trial of this action under Westchester County Indictment No. 05-0895 for a designated period, to allow the defendant to make a motion for a change of venue.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the trial of the above-entitled action is stayed until the earlier of 30 days from the date of this decision and order on motion or the date upon which the defendant's prospective motion for a change of venue is determined.
