Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including all proceedings to evict him from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 12, 2006, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated April 11, 2006.
