| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Bethpage Associates, LLC, Bethpage Management Company, Inc., Carlyle on the Green, and Carlton Kosher Caterers of Merrick, Ltd., inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 6, 2005, on the ground that the appellants are not aggrieved by the order. Separate motion by the respondent Kulka Construction Corporation, among other things, for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appellants are not aggrieved by the order are granted, and the appeal is dismissed without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
