Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 13, 2005, and to enlarge the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 10, 2006, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until August 8, 2006.
