DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Law Guardian for the children to be relieved from representing the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 17, 2005, and to assign new Law Guardians.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Law Guardian, Tamara Steckler, Esq., Legal Aid Society, 199 Water Street, 3rd Floor, New York, New York, 10038, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new Law Guardians herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney are assigned as Law Guardian to represent the child Selena J.:
