Application by Grace Marie Fonseca, admitted as Grace M. Fonseca, to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 20, 1997, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Grace M. Matejka.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Grace M. Fonseca to Grace M. Matejka, effective immediately.
