ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 23, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended by (1) deleting third decretal paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that the respondents' brief which was submitted to the Clerk of this court on April 28, 2006, is accepted for filing; and it is further"
and (2) deleting the fourth decretal paragraph.
