Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 28, 2005, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated June 30, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall serve and file her answering brief, including hers points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before July 17, 2006 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
