Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of the respondent East Coast Stucco & Construction, Inc., to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 25, 2005, and to enlarge its time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent East Coast Stucco & Construction, Inc., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 7, 2006, and the brief of that respondent must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before September 5, 2006.
