Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 2, 2005, and two orders of the same court dated August 17, 2005, and September 16, 2005, respectively.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve a brief is enlarged until June 12, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1),(3), or (6) on or before that date.
