DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 18, 2002, and March 19, 2003, respectively, to include (1) transcripts of the arraignment proceedings under Queens County Indictment Numbers 3982/00 that occurred in December 2000, (2) transcripts of the arraignment proceedings under Indictment No. 480/01, to the extent they have not already been transcribed, and (3) minutes of calendar calls under both indictments that occurred between December 2001 and May 2002, to the extent they have not already been transcribed.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this court dated December 16, 2002, and June 20, 2003 respectively, which granted poor person relief to the appellant are amended to include a direction to the court reporter to make, certify and file two transcripts of the stenographic minutes of the above-referenced proceedings, to the extent they have not already been transcribed, if they are available, and the Clerk of the trial court is directed to furnish one copy to the appellant, without charge; and it is further,

Upon delivering the minutes to the institution, the Clerk of this court shall advise the appellant of the date by which the minutes are to be returned and the supplemental brief filed.
