DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellant to enlarge her time to comply with a decision and order on motion dated April 4, 2006, which, inter alia, directed her to apply for the appointment of an administrator for the estate of Rudolph Tscherne and to notify this court of the name of the administrator on or before July 3, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion dated April 4, 2006, is enlarged until August 3, 2006.
