DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 3, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-01097), and an order of the same court dated September 30, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-10349), with appeals from six orders of the same court, all dated March 1, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2006-03098, 2006-03100, 2006-03101, 2006-03102, 2006-03103, and 2006-03104, respectively), and an order of the same court dated February 28, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-03661), and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated January 3, 2005, and September 30, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated January 3, 2005, and September 30, 2005, is enlarged until August 23, 2006; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect all of the above-entitled appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing their respective briefs on or before August 23, 2006.
