| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Joint application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 13, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent Antonia C. Novello, as Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 11, 2006, and that respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent Verna Eggleston, as Commissioner of the New York City Human Resources Administration, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 24, 2006, and that respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner's reply brief must be served and filed on or before August 25, 2006.
