Motion by the defendant for a change of venue of the trial of Rockland County Indictment No. 06-00031 from the County Court, Rockland County, to another venue.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the defendant may renew his motion for a change of venue, if necessary, after the completion of voir dire, and the motion is otherwise denied as premature (see People v Boudin, 95 AD2d 463).
