Motion by the appellant Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation for leave to reargue appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 21, 2005, and March 24, 2005, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated March 14, 2006, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court.
