Application by the respondent Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 12, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 30, 2006, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before July 17, 2006.
