DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 2, 2006, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, on or before July 17, 2006, on proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth her full financial situation including all income, assets, both real and personal, expenses, and the income and assets, both real and personal, of her husband.
