Motion by the appellant to admit Susan Lynn Ferguson, an attorney in good standing in the State of California, pro hac vice to represent the appellant on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered September 13, 2004, and December 9, 2004, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Susan Lynn Fergsuon is admitted, pro hac vice, to represent the appellant on the appeals.
