Motion by the appellant for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated January 3, 2006.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before July 17, 2006, on papers explaining the source of funds used to pay David Isaacson, Esq., and the current status of David Isaacson, Esq., as the attorney for the appellant.
