on the court's own motion the decision and order of this court dated June 19, 2006 is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order is substituted therefore;
Motion by respondent-appellant for an enlargement of time to submit a brief is granted, and said brief shall be served and filed by respondent-appellant within 21 days of the date of the order hereon. Appellants-respondents, if they be so advised, may serve and file a brief within 21 days of the date that respondent-appellant's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this order.
