DECISION

On the court's own motion, defendant Allstate Insurance Company's nine motions returnable May 17, 2006, are hereby consolidated for purposes of disposition.

Motions by defendant Allstate Insurance Company for an enlargement of time and ancillary relief are granted to the extent of granting an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals and appeals shall be perfected by October 6, 2006.
