Separate motions by the appellants' counsel assigned to represent the appellants before the Family Court, Queens County, to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute appeals from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 16, 2006,
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the order is not appealable as of right and we decline to grant leave to appeal (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied as academic.
