Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 21, 2005, and December 5, 2005, respectively, for leave to reargue a prior motion to prosecute the appeals as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated March 22, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
