DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered April 1, 2003, for leave to reargue a motion to strike the respondent's brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 24, 2006, and separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge his time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until August 2, 2006, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
