Separate motions by the appellant Rock McGraw, Inc., and the appellants Gallagher Steel, Wall Street Mail Pick Up Service, Inc., and Kendrick Stovall, to stay all proceedings, including the trial, in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 23, 2006.
