Application by Iwona Mikler, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 18, 2002, under the name Iwona Lisa Mikler, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Iwona Wojtalik.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Iwona Lisa Mikler to Iwona Wojtalik, effective immediately.
