Motion by the respondent James C. Jangarathis to dismiss an appeal from a so-ordered stipulation of settlement of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 16, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the appellant is not aggrieved by an order entered upon stipulation (see CPLR 5511).
