DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 6, 2006, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order of a support magistrate unless objections have been filed and reviewed by a judge of the Family Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Family Ct Act 439[e]).
