Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 27, 2005, and a judgment of the same court dated October 18, 2005, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7 [c][1]); and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order is enlarged until August 14, 2006, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
