| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the Law Guardian for the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 19, 2005, to direct the former Law Guardian, the Children's Rights Society, to provide to him its entire file relating to the subject child, to make the caption of the appeal anonymous, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to make the caption anonymous is granted and the caption has been amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the Law Guardian shall serve and file his brief on or before July 20, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
