DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 13, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-05190), and April 13, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-05165), respectively, and to stay, inter alia, the disposition of any proceeds of the sale of the former marital premises pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix, and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
