| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated June 21, 2006, to stay enforcement of the order pending determination by the Court of Appeals of a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated April 25, 2006, which determined an appeal in the above-entitled matter from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, entered September 14, 2004 (see Matter of Brandon W. ______ AD3d _______ [Appellate Division Docket No. 2004-04646]).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated June 21, 2006, is stayed pending determination by the Court of Appeals of the appellant's motion for leave to appeal to that court.
