It is Ordered that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and to continue the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction is granted on condition that the appellants perfect the appeal by the November 2006 term of this court. The filing deadline is September 13, 2006. In the event the appellants fail to comply with the orders of this Court, the petitioner- landlord may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
