Application by Signature Flight Support Corp. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file its answering brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 5, 2005, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court, dated February 28, 2006.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 31, 2006, and the movant's answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]) must be served and filed on or before that date.
