DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Law Guardian for Latisha L. to enlarge the time of the Law Guardians to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 8, 2004, August 25, 2004, and September 30, 2004, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Law Guardians' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 25, 2006, and the Law Guardians' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
