Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 20, 2005, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated April 24, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
