It is Ordered that the motion to continue the stay pending the determination of the appeal is granted on condition that the appellants continue paying use and occupancy, including electric charges, to the landlord by the fifth day of each month. In the event the appellants fail to comply with the orders of this Court, petitioner may move on five (5) days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
