| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to direct the appellant to serve him with an unredacted brief on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated February 8, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellant to serve the respondent with an unredacted brief is granted, and on or before July 31, 2006, the appellant shall serve an unredacted brief on the attorney for the respondent; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 30, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
