Application by the respondents-appellants J.P. Murphy Associates on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 11, 2005, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), to enlarge the time to serve and file in response to the issues raised in the brief filed by the respondents Bush Realty Corp., Bush Realty Associates, KAVDO, LLC, and KAVDO Corp., on their cross appeal.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file his reply brief on or before July 31, 2006; the respondent-appellants shall serve and file briefs responding to the reply brief of the appellant-respondent and issues raised by their respective cross appeals on or before August 31, 2006.
