| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 6, 2006, to include a certificate of appointment of executor ,attached as exhibit C to the motion, and motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a supplement to the record containing the certificate of appointment of executor, attached as exhibit C to the motion, on or before August 4, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until August 14, 2006, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
