Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this court dated October 11, 2005 (People v Ackridge, 22 AD3d 593), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered October 8, 2003, which was determined by a decision and order of this court dated February 14, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
